Migraine self help tools in everyday life

Someone asked me if I’d share how I use the techniques for taking control of my migraine, which I teach my clients, in my everyday life.

Here’s an example of how I do just that; bias binding without the meltdown.

What I’d love for you to take from this is that I am not so kind of Zen-like person with special powers for staying super calm at all times. *takes a moment to let howls of laughter from family die down*.
