will this help my symptoms?

Why am I doing this? Because creating and offering an online group program means I can help many more people than I can working only one-to-one. I believe this online group program will help, but I want to test it out.

And why now? Because I’d love to never hear again people with migraine being told to live more boring lives of regimented sleep routines, dull diets and the rest.

How will I learn the techniques?

My aim is that you feel comfortable putting the techniques you learn on my programmes into practice. Each technique is explained and demonstrated either by video, audio or written document. You’ll be able to ask questions about the techniques. This may be by live ZOOM calls and/or in group questions, depending on the programme.

Will I be trigger hunting?

If you’re expecting to hear advice on what to eat or what not to eat, sticking to a rigid sleep routine or that you must trigger hunt – this isn’t that place. Instead this is the place to learn how to effectively regulate your nervous system.

Is this therapy?

The programmes I offer are not therapy nor a replacement for therapy. They are coaching; empowering you to put into practice skills and techniques that support you to regulate your nervous system. Sometimes, some people may choose to go on and work with a counsellor or somatic trauma therapist.

What if I can't make the zoom calls?

Sometimes life gets in the way. Each ZOOM call is recorded so whether or not you are able to make the live call you can watch if afterwards in your own time. You can ask questions before the live ZOOM call.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

You have a 14-day cooling off period, from signing up for any programmes offered, in which you may cancel. If you cancel within this 14-day cooling off period you will receive a full refund of your fees.

Exception: If during this 14-day cooling off period you have commenced participation in your programme Jan Southern reserves the right to withhold up to 10% of your fees.

All fees are non-refundable for cancellations made after this 14-day cooling off period.
